Standard work-order format accepted from trustees, asset managers, and property managers. We can be on-site within 24 hours of authorization.

Before-photos of every room. Inventory of any items that look high-value or sentimental (handled per CO state abandoned property law).

Trash-out and clearance
Full clearance to broom-clean. Yard debris removed. Lockbox coordinated with field services.
