We charge by volume in our 16-foot box truck (~480 cubic feet usable). The flat rate is quoted on-site before we lift anything.

Some jobs take longer than a standard pickup — full property cleanouts, items requiring long carries from the back of a property, stairs, attics, crawlspaces, or hoarder-condition spaces. When a job requires significantly more labor time than the standard tier, we'll quote you a revised price in writing before any work begins. We never start work and surprise-bill afterward.
If your items are already staged at the curb, driveway end, or just inside an open garage when we arrive, we offer a discount off the standard tier price. Discount amount confirmed at quote based on job size and access. Just text photos and let us know it'll be curbside-ready.

Who Gets 5% Off
All eligibility tiers receive the same 5% discount. Discounts don't stack — customers receive one discount per job, whichever is most favorable. Just mention it when you book — no proof needed for veterans (we trust other vets).
How to Pay
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept the following payment methods:
Credit card transactions include a 3% processing fee passed through from our payment processor. This fee is disclosed at quoting and itemized on your receipt. Zelle and cash are fee-free options. Commercial accounts may be invoiced under separate written terms.
